Hi Everyone,
Joe came home today after his latest one night treatment. As
usual he got a little sicker from this treatment but by the next
morning he was doing better. While we were there they did an
Echocardiogram just to make sure his heart isn't being damaged
by the chemotherapy drugs, the results of which were clear so
that's good news.
Joe got his cast off last Friday and he is doing well walking.
Still a little wobbly but he seems to be getting stronger
everyday. He could also take a bath again which he was pretty
excited about.
We also hit something of a milestone. This last treatment
marked treatment 7 of 14 so we are half way through them.
Hopefully they will go quickly and be as successful as the first
7 seem to have been.
